How is a typical event structured?
Guests arrive at the scheduled time for a 30-minute check-in and welcome cocktail. The entire group starts their escape rooms simultaneously, then socializes in the lounge and bar area with food and drinks once finished.
Is our group event private?
Yes. All escape room sessions are private, and your group will not be mixed with other patrons.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance as our rooms fill up quickly, especially during peak corporate event season. Holiday and peak dates are typically booked 6–8 weeks out.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund with 24 hours' notice. 100% credit is offered for escape rooms and alcohol with less than 24 hours' notice.
Can you accommodate accessibility needs?
Yes. If claustrophobia is a concern, let us know when booking and we'll recommend a room with more open spaces. Guests who have difficulty standing for extended periods can ask for seating during the game.
